The Would-Be Nobleman

by Moliere

Being ridiculously rich isn’t enough for Mr. Jourdain: he wants to be treated like a nobleman, even if he isn’t one. From wearing fancy clothing to perfecting his education and making all the right friends along the way, he will stop at nothing to see his dream come true – and who knows, maybe it will! This comedy by one of France’s greatest playwright has been adapted for Louisbourg for the first time and is a unique opportunity to see the kind of theatre that was enjoyed in the past: theatre that remains well-loved and enjoyable to this day!
